2026 semiannual Training

We are pleased to announce that the November Conference with brother James Lee will be held at the Fremont Springs Conference Center (FSCC) from Saturday, November 7, through Lord's Day, November 8, 2026. 

We warmly invite all working saints, generally between the ages of 20 and 50, to come together and receive a particular word from the Lord, addressing the distinct challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities in this stage of human life. Please note that while we mention an age range, this is because these saints are bearing (or need to bear) the burden in the church life. 

Saturday conference meetings are open to all the saints, and any who are able to come are warmly welcome, even if they fall outside this age range.

This conference is an opportunity to be joined together with fellow working saints and receive care both from the Lord and the Body. The speaking will bring fresh encouragement and practical help, so that we may realize that we are not alone in facing the daily demands of work, family, and church life. May we all be strengthened and equipped to continue living to the Lord and for our service in the church life.

The meeting schedule and related information for each session are included below:

SATURDAY (11/7)

Message 1 (10:00 AM-12:00 PM)

• Children's service will be provided during this session, so families with young children are especially encouraged to attend.
• Saints of all ages are warmly welcome.

Message 2 (7:00-9:00 PM)

• Saints of all ages are warmly welcome.
• No children's service will be provided.

LORD'S DAY (11/8)

Meeting 3 (9:30 AM-12:00 PM)

• This session will begin with the Lord's table meeting.
• Invited churches: Burlingame, Milpitas, Palo Alto, San Jose, and Sunnyvale.
• For working saints from other localities, we ask that attendance be limited to one carload per locality.
• Childcare will be provided only for the five invited churches.

Dinner Fellowship with Former FTT Trainees (5:00-6:30 PM)

• Especially for all who have attended the FTT for at least one term.
• A simple catered meal can be available for a donation of $15 if registration is completed by November 3.

• Bringing your own dinner is also welcome. The catered meal is not required to participate in the dinner fellowship.

Meeting 4 (7:00-9:00 PM)

• This session will primarily be a Question and Response time. As with last year, brother James may also take part of the time to share a particular word of burden with the saints.
• No childcare will be provided.

We thank the Lord for leading the East Bay Churches in pursuing "the up-to-date truth" according to the ministry of the age in a definite way since February of last year. We are endeavoring to take the way of constitution by practicing Pray-Reading, Studying, Reciting and Prophesying (PSRP):

• Pray-Reading (P) is to exercise our spirit to touch the living Word in the written Word and have the divine reality, the processed Triune God as the applied word, infused into our being. 
• Studying (S) is to exercise our mind of the spirit for the truth to get into us through our mentality, our understanding.
• Reciting (R) is to retain the understanding through the shining of the truth for constant and long-term nourishment. To practice in this way, we will have an accumulation of the truth and become persons continually under constant nourishment.
• After PSR, we will then be able to prophesy (P) and know how to present the truth to others, not merely to inspire them or to stir them up but to make them solid and constituted with the truth.

We will pursue and practice together every Saturday. For this coming year, may the Lord "Teach us then to number our days/ That we may gain a heart of wisdom" to redeem our Saturday mornings to buy the truth. The Zoom link will be emailed prior to each meeting.

The lessons on shepherding over the last several years have truly been a blessing to the churches, and our brother's feeling is to make a turn and even an advancement to build on those lessons in a new series in which he will cover the many aspects of the small groups. We are full of rejoicing that the Lord will continue to shepherd and perfect the saints in Northern California through these fellowship times with brother Minoru. 

The format will be similar and will be on Zoom from 10 am - 12 pm approximately once a month. 

If an outline will be used, printed copies will be available on the front porch of the meeting hall Thursdays before each session. Outlines can not be distributed electronically.

During the June 13 session in the Lessons on Small Groups series, our Brother Minoru recommended 3 books for further prayer, reading, and consideration:

2. The Training and the Practice of the Vital Groups
3. 1993 Blending Conference Messages Concerning the Lord's Recovery and Our Present Need
